Deleting your account permanently erases all your personal data, including your favorites, shopping lists, price alerts, and search history. This action is irreversible.

How to delete your account

From the app

  1. 1Open the Valyoz app
  2. 2Go to Menu → Profile
  3. 3Scroll down
  4. 4Tap “Delete my account”
  5. 5Confirm the deletion

Send an email to contact@valyoz.com with the subject “Account deletion”. Include the email address associated with your account.

Your account and all your data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days following your request.
